Purchase Information

How do I make a payment for my order?

You can make purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please carefully read our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order.

 

 

i) Credit card

 

You may pay by credit card whether you are ordering online or on the phone. We ONLY accept VISA and MasterCard.

 

You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.

 

You must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation. We are not responsible for any Foreign Transaction Fees charged by your bank if you are using an international credit card.

 

We will email your invoice to the address indicated on your Order when we ship your products to you. Your invoice will be your proof of purchase.

 

 

ii)PayPal

 

You may make a payment through your PayPal account.

 

 

iii) Direct Deposit

 

We accept Direct Deposit as a valid form of payment. If you wish to pay by Direct Deposit, you must contact Dr Foot Solutions to place your Order and obtain payment details at+61 (0)2 9181 2113.

 

Processing time varies among banking institutions and can be delayed. Please allow at least two business days for the processing of your Direct Deposit.

 

 

GST

 

All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

 

If you phone in your Order, the representative will provide the final dollar total of your Order including GST and any applicable shipping charges at the time you place your Order. The invoice we send to you in either email or post will include GST.

 

All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.


 

Proof of Purchase

 

We will send an Order Confirmation via email if you have included an email address with your Order. If you have not included an email address, you will be given an Order Number. A tax invoice will be shipped with your Order.

 

 

How do I place an order?

You may place an Order either by:

 

i) Filling in the order form provided on this Website

 

ii) Downloading a copy of the order form and sent it to us by email at walkbetter@drfootsolutions.com.au or fax a hard copy to +61 (0)2 9719 3417

 

iii) Phoning us on +61 (0)2 9181 2113 between 9am-5.30pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.

 

If you wish to pay by direct deposit, you must place your order by phone.

 

By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected agreeing on these Terms and Conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we accept your Order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an Order Confirmation. We will send your Order Confirmation to you by email. The Order Confirmation will be effective on sending.

 

Orders placed on the weekend or on a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the following business day.

 

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays.

 

Supply of your products Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.

 

We will send you a Shipment Notification email when your order has been shipped.

 

I have changed my mind about my order

 

You may cancel your Order or parts of your Order before your Order is dispatched by us. We will not charge you for the Orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee.

 

However, once your Order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the Order.

 

We reserve the right to cancel your Order if:

 

  • You provide an unauthorised credit card
  • We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
  • You provide invalid personal details
  • The product has become unavailable

 

If we cannot accept your Order we will contact you by phone or email.

 

 

Exchange and returns

 

  • For the general public

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email us at walkbetter@drfootsolutions.com.au and you must do so within 10 days of dispatch of the Order.

 

If the product does not fit correctly or you change your mind, we are happy to exchange them for another size or style. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded and no returns will be accepted after 10 days.

 

All items returned must be in their original conditions and packaging intact, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

 

We cannot accept exchanges that are scuffed, soiled and worn in any way.

 

  • For wholesalers

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email us at walkbetter@drfootsolutions.com.au and you must do so within six months of the date of invoice issued.

 

If the product does not fit correctly or you change your mind, we are happy to exchange them for another size or style. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded and no returns will be accepted after 10 days.

 

All items returned must be in their original conditions and packaging intact, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

 

We cannot accept exchanges that are scuffed, soiled and worn in any way.

 

All returns are required to have a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) prior to returning. We are not responsible for the safe delivery of your returned items.

Is there warranty on my purchase?

The following policy is offered by Dr Foot Solutions in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

 

All new BAREFOOTSCIENCE™ products carry a one-year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

 

For Non-BAREFOOTSCIENCE™-branded/Third-party products are sold "AS IS" by Dr Foot Solutions, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. "AS IS" products are sold by us as is, where is and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from us.

My order is DOA or defective

 

Dead on  Arrival (DOA)

 

The following policy is offered by Dr Foot Solutions in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

 

 

BAREFOOTSCIENCE™- branded Products

 

A BAREFOOTSCIENCE™-branded item is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of failure, or is discovered to be broken when first taken from its packaging.

 

If you believe your product is DOA, you must notify us within 10 days of you receiving the item on +61 (0)2 9181 2113 or at walkbetter@drfootsolutions.com.au.

 

We will determine whether the product is DOA and will offer you the following options:

 

i) Replacement

 

The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense. We will arrange the replacement product delivery upon the return of the DOA product.

 

ii) Refund/ Store credit

 

You may request a full refund or a store credit, which ever you prefer.

 

If you prefer to receive a refund, you will be refunded by the method as received.

 

If you prefer to receive store credit, please note that Store credits only valid up to six months from the day of issue.

 

If the Product is deemed by our representative as NOT to be DOA, we may in our absolute discretion refuse to offer you a replacement or refund for the Product. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

 

 

Defective Items

 

The following policy is offered by Dr Foot Solutions in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

 

 

BAREFOOTSCIENCE™ Branded Products

 

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any BAREFOOTSCIENCE™-branded products, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product on +61 (0)2 9181 2113 or at walkbetter@drfootsolutions.com. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty with us. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.

 

We will determine whether the product is defective and will offer you the following options:

 

i) Replacement

 

The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense. We will arrange the replacement product delivery upon the return of the DOA product.

 

ii) Service

 

You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.

 

iii) Refund/ Store credit

 

You may request a full refund or a store credit, which ever you prefer.

 

If you prefer to receive refund, you will be refunded by the method as received.

 

If you prefer to receive store credit, please note that Store credits only valid up to six months from the day of issue.

Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

 

When a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned defective Product becomes our property.

 

 

Non- BAREFOOTSCIENCE™ Branded/Third-Party Products

 

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.

 

Note: Products sold through this web site that do not bear the BAREFOOTSCIENCE™ brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products. BAREFOOTSCIENCE™ Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not BAREFOOTSCIENCE™-branded, even if packaged or sold with BAREFOOTSCIENCE™ products.

Postage and Handling

 

The postage rate per order is as follows:

Zone A- Australia wide AUD $7.50
Zone B- Asia/ Pacific AUD $10.00
Zone C- North & South America, Europe, Africa and rest of World AUD $15.00

Or delivery is FREE for Orders valued at AUD $200.00 and over.

 

Delivery fees may be subject to change without notice and will be posted on the Website at the time of change.

 

 

Delivery

 

We deliver within Australia and overseas.

 

Express post and courier delivery is available upon request. Price on application.

 

Depending on the shipping options available for particular items, you may be able to request of those products to be sent to a different destiny other than your billing address.

 

The estimated shipment date on your Order is based on product availability, payment processing time, warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment.

 

We will make best effort to deliver products within 10 business days of receiving your Order to the address as indicated on your Order Confirmation.

 

We do not process your Order if a distributor is available in the country where you intend to purchase a product. For more information, please visit our Privacy Policy.

 

 

Loss of Goods

 

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to Australia Post or any other delivery company we select.
